Dear Friends and Supporters,
As we reflect on 2025, we are reminded of the essential role dance plays in our lives4creating
beauty, bringing joy, and offering a powerful sense of shared humanity. This past year has been
one of growth, creative momentum, and deepening impact for the city we call home: Atlanta.
Our founders envisioned a flourishing dance center-a community hub providing Atlantans with
world-class performances, accessible professional-level dance training, and meaningful cultural
enrichment. We are proud of our continued work, from the studio to the stage, in bringing this
founding vision to life. Rooted in a shared passion, we strive to transform the lives of our
students, support our professional artists, and share our work as broadly as possible, furthering
our belief in dance and the arts as catalysts for connection and community belonging.
None of this would be possible without the generosity of our donors, sponsors, and community
partners. Because of your support, Terminus has continued to grow in expanding our reach,
deepening our impact, and serving our community in meaningful ways. Your belief in our mission
has allowed us to invest in artistry, education, and access, and we are profoundly grateful.
Our artistic momentum in 2025 has been extraordinary. We pushed the boundaries of creative
possibility with eight new works, further solidifying our reputation as one of the most forwardlooking contemporary ballet companies in the country. Our relaunch of Wabi Sabi Terminus as a
public dance initiative invited new audiences into shared experiences and accessible
environments. At the same time, our students continued to excel4not only in the studio and on
stage, but also academically4demonstrating discipline, resilience, and confidence that will open
doors for a lifetime.
As we look ahead to 2026, our focus is on balancing sustainable growth while expanding the
reach and impact of our mission. A key priority is completing our Capital Campaign to ensure that
Terminus has the foundation needed to support our artists, students, and community well into the
future. We are also investing in partnerships that strengthen our role within the global dance
community. Through leadership engagement with Positioning Ballet in the United Kingdom and
advanced teaching methodology training with nationally recognized programs, we are enhancing
the expertise of our staff and artists while expanding awareness of Terminus on national and
international stages.
Terminus Modern Ballet Theatre exists because of a shared belief in the power of dance to
inspire, connect, and transform. Looking ahead on the cusp of our upcoming 10th anniversary, we
do so with confidence, gratitude, and a deep sense of purpose. Thank you for your continued
support and for being part of this journey.
